What is hot pilates?
Hot pilates uses movements against resistance to strengthen and tone the body while promoting efficient use of movement through greater alignment and focus. As in yoga, the breath is incorporated to elongate and deepen the physical movements and strengthen the mind-body connection. Be prepared to sweat. Be prepared to work. Set to music.
