I have always done yoga growing up and then throughout my dance & circus training. I love the versatile and fluid qualities of yoga and how it is constantly changes your focus and awareness of your body and breath. My favourite asana is Natarajasana dancer’s posture.
With my classes I aim to create space in both the body and the mind.
My favourite tunes to yoga at the moment are Circlesongs by Bobby McFerrin.
When I’m not on the matt, I love dancing and being upside down.
My guilty pleasure is chocolate.
